Meeting Kindred Spirits

​Sometimes in life you get the chance to meet individuals that you instantly connect with. Well I had the honor of meeting not one but two women that have really touched my life as a writer. Linda Broday is an author that has published 30+ historical western romance. Over the weekend I had the chance to go to lunch with her. As we started talking about characters in our books. We instantly connect. It was like we had known each forever. She gave me good advice and encouraging words. A couple of years ago I had an opportunity to meet another author Bethany Claire. Bethany has published several Scottish time travel romance books over the years. When I met Bethany it was a time that I wanted to give up on writing. Bethany really encouraged me to keep going with my writing. I hope one day I will be able to pass the encouragement on to another author that is new in the writing world.
